JG is launching a new series of office desks based on a reinterpretation of an office design classic – “the T Leg…or more precisely the inverted T Leg”.
The goal of this reinterpretation is to adapt this “classic” to new office needs, without excluding the inherent beauty of its simplicity, symmetry, balance and purity of form.
The main contribution of the new TWork is the incorporation of all the engineering developed for the Adapta Plus series, allowing for the creation of a complete programme of compositions for shared work, which has always been one of the weaknesses of desks with T legs, as they are mainly designed for individual work.
TWork enables you to design all kinds of shared workstations, either side-by-side or multi-station bench compositions, as its double central beam structure provides it with excellent stability that allows the use of reduced thickness melamine desktops.
At the same time, the series features a comprehensive range of electrification solutions for the workstation, both on the upper surface and to facilitate access to raised technical floors, by separating the cable entry into voice and data with a dual cable conduit in the leg itself.
Another interesting detail is the development of new personal filing solutions adapted to the workstation, such as the “suspended module” or the “return drawer unit” which uses a retractable filing system as an extension of the work surface. The entire series incorporates several acoustic solutions to soundproof the workstation, making it a strong candidate for becoming a JG Group best-seller.
