Networkia inaugurates a new location in Barcelona with a first phase consisting of 1.500 m2 of facilities for a total of 205 workstations distributed among 25 private offices. In the near future, it is planned to double the area in the same building, achieving more than 400 workstations and 50 private offices.
As is usual for the brand, the project has been entrusted to Massip-Bosch Architects and furnished by Anse Equipamientos, who on this occasion have combined shared workstations with Modul solutions and private spaces with Adapta2 Plus. The storage for both types has been resolved using different compositions of 60/40 cabinets, complemented by white Frames lockers.
What makes this space stand out is the peculiar combination of its modernist architecture and the innovative approach of the business centre, which offers a unique user experience for its coworkers.
Located in Casa Juncadella, also known as Casa Rodolf Juncadella, it is a residential building at Rambla de Catalunya, 33 in the Eixample district of Barcelona. The construction, carried out between 1888 and 1890, is the work of the architect Enric Sagnier and is inspired by the Barcelona palaces of the 18th century.
It is currently occupied commercially on the street level, and by offices on the upper floors.
