The Palladium hotel group’s arrival in Madrid, led by businessman Abel Matutes, was a sizeable challenge and a high commitment for Flulle, which managed to move its headquarters from Ibiza in a record time of just 6 weeks.
Coordinating all the requirements for a relocation of this magnitude highlights the importance of timing in order to meet deadlines for all the companies involved in outfitting this facility.
Flulle entrusted Estudio Morgan with the interior design, which proposed pure minimalism in the lighting, furnishing and color scheme of the project. The result is an elegant space of more than 1,300m2 that serves as the flagship for the brand’s position in terms of leadership in its sector.
The pairing of Modul with CP pedestals, often used for lower level projects, demonstrate in these offices its versatility to equip shared work spaces and semi-management positions with different finishes.
White on white for the benches, which use S-One acoustic panels as noise reducers to provide privacy in the open space, and in the management offices the combination of a black structure with oak laminate tops, which gives the space a more formal appearance.
The distribution of spaces is organised following criteria for the most advantageous use of natural light, positioning the work spaces (offices and open space area) around the perimeter of the floor, and leaving the central nucleus less illuminated, for the spaces in need of greater privacy, such as meeting rooms, the main reception and the V.I.P. waiting area.
A five-star project that allows the Modul program to coexist with the elite of office equipment.
